Interpersonal Foundations Course will be taught by an interactive partner exercise. Both partners will be instructed to have a casual conversation to emulate a personal relationship for 3 minutes. Then, the class will debrief how comfortable the conversation was. For the next 3 minutes, the same partners will have a conversation in a professional manner (choose one person to be senior to the other partner). Then, the class will debrief how comfortable that conversation was compared to the first conversation.
