This is the keyboard shortcut for the Arrow Tool.
What is the A key
This panel is where you will do the majority of your editing and organizing of video clips.
What is the Timeline
What is the term for the vertical line in the Timeline that indicates your current position in the sequence?
What is the Playhead
This is the keyboard shortcut for the Razor Tool.
What is the B key
This panel is where you will import your media, such as video clips, images, and audio files.
What is the Project panel
This tool is used to select and move clips in the Timeline.
What is the Arrow tool
This key will play or pause the currently selected panel (if possible).
What is the Space bar/key
In this panel, you will see your final output, and it is here where you can playback your video to see what the audience will see.
What is the Program monitor/panel
When the Option key is pressed to do this to video and audio tracks to select one part without the other.
What is unlinking
This shortcut is used to link and unlink audio and video clips.
What is the Option key
This panel/monitor allows you to review and check footage before committing it to the edit.
What is the Source monitor/panel
These tools/controls tell the program when to use or stop using footage, either when editing or exporting.
What are In & Out tools
These keys will navigate the playhead to the next edit ahead or behind it's current position.
What are the Up and Down keys.
This panel shows you options that relate to motion, opacity, and effects you apply to a clip.
What is the Effects panel
These move the playhead a single frame at a time forward or backward as desired.
