10% deduction for each day it is late, with a maximum of a 50% deduction.
After 1 week- assignments will no longer be accepted.

No. Multiple opportunities for feedback are given prior to submission.
What happens after each violation of the phone policy?
First: I will take your device and return it at the end of the block.
Second: Device is given to the office, you may grab it at the end of the day.
Third: Device is surrendered to the office and your parent must pick it up. (Please do not make me do this!)
