You measure a plant's height every day for two weeks. What type of graph should you use, and why?
A line graph — because it shows how something changes continuously over time.
What is the LAST step of the scientific method, where you study your data and decide if your hypothesis was supported?
Analyze the data and draw conclusions
In our water bottle flip experiment, name the dependent variable AND one control we used to keep the test fair.
Dependent variable: whether the bottle landed upright (or number of successful flips). Example controls: same bottle, same person flipping, same technique/starting height, same landing surface.
