How long do I have to submit any missing work when I am absent?
Up to One Week: Major Assignments such as projects, labs or writing, students have up to one week from the given deadline to turn in assignments with a 10% grade deduction.
Up to 12 days for HW, however, the longer you take to turn it in the longer it will take for the teacher to update your grade in Alma.

How do we come into the classroom?
Quietly to our assigned seat & begin working on your Do Now
At the end of the period, an assessment will be given over the day’s lesson. Assessments include, but are not limited to: pop quizzes, notes check, worksheets, summaries, etc. It is mandatory that you pay attention to the lesson to perform well on the day’s summary assessment.
I'm late, what do I do?
Tardy slips & notes to class go in box at the student station in the front of the classroom
Any late or missing work check in with the teacher at the end of the class or collect the late work at the "student station" at the front of the class.
Yes, turn in any late or missing work the following day to not get points deducted.
Do we live at school?
No, we have lives outside of the school :)
Do we tolerate disrespect to one another in our classroom?
NO
That includes,
Do not bother the possessions of others or objects in the classroom.

Before you leave the room, check in and around your desk for papers and trash. Anything left behind will result in points deducted for the class for every item left.
What do we do when we have a visitor?
If a visitor comes in- BEST BEHAVIOR!
Please do not speak to them unless spoken to so we do not disrupt the lesson
I was absent but there was a test, what happens?
Sign up to make up any missing quiz or test during lunch or after school the following day you return. It is your responsibility to show up to make up your test!

When is HW turned in?
Homework is to be turned in at the beginning of class. If it is not in the HW Bin by the time that I check the bin, it will be considered late.

Why do we come to class?
Come to class prepared to learn. That means have out your book, notebook, and any assignments that are due. (You will be given 5 minutes at the beginning of each day to prepare for the day’s lesson…UTILIZE THIS TIME!)
Where is the Student Station located?
A “Student Station” is in the front of the room for your convenience. You may use anything that is on this station. This is also where assignments will be turned in and assignments will be picked up if you are absent.
I missed class today, what should I do?
Collect the missing work in the Student Station & Submit it the next day! Your packets are graded!
