I recently placed an order before the new pricing launched. Can RH honor the new pricing?
The newly introduced RH Trade discount applies only to future orders and cannot be applied to existing or previously placed orders.
What documentation is required to join?
How do I receive my Trade benefit at an RH Restaurant?
Simply provide your name, business name associated with your Trade account and/or your Trade Business ID, at the time of dining. Restaurant teams may request information to verify your Trade account.
Can I use Trade pricing both online and in the gallery?
Yes. Approved Trade members may access their Trade benefits through RH.com and through their local Trade Team.
