Applicant mentioned they experienced a bad storm which caused there house to flood and leave them without a place to stay.

Applicant has a disability that requires them to be in a scattered shelter setting.

A 25-year old who has 1 son asked his job to reduce his hours at work to ensure he met the 115% Income Threshold to qualify for EA.
