Yes! I will visit every class once a week. If something were to happen that causes me to not make it to class, I will work with your teacher to come in another time to make it up.

* Ask permission from your teacher to see me. * Write me a note telling me that you want to see me and why. Please include your first and last name and your teacher's name. * Ask your parent to contact me to let me know that you want to talk to me.

Do I ever work with other School Counselors?
Yes! I collaborate with all the School Counselors in the District. I also work with school counselors from our surrounding communities. I'm also part of the Wisconsin Association of School Counselors and American School Counseling Association. I also help graduate students who are learning to become school counselors.

Running, Reading, Watching Movies and Fun TV Shows, Playing Minecraft with my kids, Spending time with my Family and Friends, Working and Playing with Nya training her to be a therapy dog.
Why did I become a School Counselor?
I love working with kids, talking with kids, helping kids, encouraging kids, problem solving with kids, etc..
Will I get to see you right away if I write a note?
That depends. If you are having a real emergency, I will get to you as soon as possible. If you just want to have lunch with me, it might take a while since we have 300 students in our building.
