When the old man asked Bibi for help and she did not have any food or money to give him, she gave him the only thing of value she had which was her necklace that was a gift from her cousin. She asked him to sell the necklace in order to get some money. One of the prophets companions named Ammar ibn Yasir bought the necklace from him and gave him enough money to satisfy all his needs. He then took the necklace home, perfumed it and wrapped it in a Yemeni cloth asking his servant to return it to Bibi Fatima. The servant handed it to Bibi Fatima who then set the servant free.
