How to work on Funds Access Workflow/ Navigation for PW Cases contacts if 120 days has not passed yet?

If 120 Days Have Not Passed:

1. If not passed, review LIMS workflow for possible WD restriction removal (accounts may become eligible for WD after periodic reviews and cx would be notified via email). If not removed, calculate the remaining time to 120 days SLA and provide an exact date and time for fund access.
2. If WD restrictions are removed and cx received email as well: Expand the account balance and check for a “pending balance” section to see if limitation reserves are present. You may also check the transaction log as well for reserves (alternate navigation).
3. If limitation reserves are active: Identify the last inbound payment date (P2P or Commercial). Calculate 180 days from this date and inform the customer they will be eligible to withdraw funds after this period.
4. If no LIMS reserves appear: Check with customer to confirm if they need to add a bank/card, and check for any currency discrepancies from your end (such as differences in denomination or primary currency as conversion would be needed while withdrawing if there's any currency discrepancy). Based on findings, enable the option to add a bank/card and handle any required currency conversions yourself via CCI. Do not request conversion confirmation from the customer, verify independently via cx ac balance section.

Cx contacts for payments hold release. While reviewing the account, you found:

1.There's Step-Up option to initiate early release.
2. Multiple G&S payments received from 2-3 senders regularly in small amount (less than 80 GBP) and they contact immediately to have the money release soon after receiving regularly.
3. The inbound payments are  exited via WD in small amount and another P2P payments to the same senders as well as some other user in regular pattern.
4. You found CCI linking factor is clean as there's no High Lims activity found on the linked ac. However, there's hosting IP present and DID shows access from IT and UK.

1. We will not release the money.
