Caleb claims that when you multiply a number by 10, you can just write a 0 at the right end of the number.  Caleb gives the example 6 x 10 to prove his claim is always true.  Noah doesn't agree.  He gives the example 0.6 x 10 to prove that Caleb's claim is always not true.  Who is correct?

Noah is correct. 6 x 10=60 with zero at the end.  But 0.6 x 10 = 6. moving the decimal point.  This does not equal 60 it equals 6.
