Follow protocol and help evacuate the building, then call an OC/Pro Staff member if none are present
Its the morning of day two and one of your students didnt show up to breakfast and you dont see them at campus navigation.

Not an emergency, you will use the missing person channel in slack as soon as you note that your student is not present so that spec ops/Pro Staff can try to locate them.

OC Question! An OL calls you to tell you they saw someone vaping in the residence hall, and already asked them to stop.

If the OL already asked them to stop and the student listened then the situation has been handled and the OC can ask the OL to write a brief description of what happened to be sent to pro staff.

Call the Grad on duty who will most likely arrive to the scene, then take notes, support students and grad when they arrive.
One of the students in your group didn't show up to SGM 1 and now you're OC is asking for your completed roster.
