Course section is the most important as it what is painting the picture of the whole visit also is not only contains the course note but also the differential section which needs to be filled out every time.

Typically prepping the Diagnoses and prescription page allows you to print out the discharge paper work in a faster manner, allowing you to finish up the chart later.
