What are the types of shirk?
Major (open) shirk and minor (hidden) shirk. People who commit major shirk asscociate partners to Allah, and people who commit minor shirk don't associate parnters with Allah, but also don't fully identify Allah as being the sole creator.

What are the types of Kufr?
Major kufr is to have no religious belief and deny Allah whether you acknowledge his existence or not. Minor kufr is to have some religious belief, but not in Allah or his messenger. Major kufr casts the person who indulges in it out of islam, while minor kufr does not (it does however result in punishment from Allah)

What are the three types of Tawheed, and what do they mean?
Tawhid-ul-Rububiyyah: To believe that Allah (swt) is the sole creator and sustainer of everything, and controls both life and death.
Tawhid-ul-Uluhiyyah: To believe that Allah(swt) is the sole creator, and He alone deserves to be worshipped.
Tawhid-ul-Asma’ wal-Sifat: Allah (swt) must only be described by the names and attributes of his perfection of which he himself (or his messenger) has mentioned.
An example of this would be to give credit to the creation before giving credit to Allah.
