A user has not activated their account on the new Wolseley Express but their region has been migrated. They navigate to the new site and attempt to sign in with their old credentials. What happens?
What is the user will be presented with a popup informing them to check their email to create their password. To resend the email they will select the 'Resend' button within the popup to trigger another tokenized link to their email. You can also resend this email through the back end Admin.

I have a profile in Atlantic and a profile in Quebec. My Atlantic profile is on the new website but my Quebec profile has not been merged. Why?
What is profiles will merge on their defined migration weekends. Once the region is migrated, the profile will appear in the Select a Profile popup upon sign in. Until then, the user will have to use both the new and old websites.
