This should be checked before each lesson to make sure it isn't negative since lessons will be cancelled if it is.
What is a student's account balance?
This item should be put back into the snap pocket at the back of each binder.
What is a fuel card?
When installed, this contraption prevents control surfaces from random movement due to wind, jet blast, or prop wash while the aircraft is not flying.
What is the gust/control lock?
This type of person must get approval specifically through the TSA in order to flight train in the U.S. and their training approval has an expiration date
What is an international student?
This area of the ITP campus is off-limits to guests and customers, unless they are with designated ITP personnel.
What is the maintenance hangar?
Before dispatching a flight, this Tailwinds tab should be checked to make sure the aircraft is allowed to fly.
What are squawks?
This document should be checked every flight but updated once every 30 days.
What is the VOR check?
This is Sherman's biggest pet peeve upon returning from flight and parking an aircraft.

What is a user photo?
This type of action should be reported immediately and can include unusual interest in restricted space, indications a person has trained without proper approval, loitering, damaging or unusually modifying aircraft, etc.
