A Consultant can host as many Socials as they want, BUT can only redeem rewards 4 times a year

What makes up qualifying sales?
Any products that are purchased at retail price.
"Why can't my "Personal Order" placed BTC attached to my Social?"
Personal Orders are to be used to order business aids, product for sampling, showing at socials and to use Product Credit.
What is the difference between a ended and closed Social?
An ended Social is outside the 10 day window, but not submitted.
A closed Social is a Social that has been submitted and being processed at the warehouse.
Do host rewards expire?
No they don't not expire, But are use them or lose them when closing out a social!
How do I cancel my Social?
Navigate to the Browse/open Socials page and select the "View RSVP" button.
Can I use Product Credit in a Social? If not, where?
No, Product Credit can not be used within a Social.
Client/member Product Credit can only be used on BC.com and PWS
"Can you attach my client's order to my Social? If not, what should I do?"
We as Counter Support cannot attach orders to Socials anymore. Orders should be attached and placed correctly. You have the capability to attach up to two orders to each Social.
If you have exahusted both orders, then you will need to have your client/member email into info@beautycounter.com for us to make those adjustments.
What is the difference between "The Social" and the person's name when check out?
The person's name is to be selected to match up to the specific card they are using for that order.
What are the qualifications to determine how many host rewards can be earned?
The overall dollar amount from the social and how many unique ordering guests.
How do I edit the start and end dates?
1. You have the capability to adjust the end date up to 10 days from the start date
2. If you need to change the start date you will need to cancel the Social and start a new one with the updated dates.
"I added a guest in the Social, but the order hasn't shipped. Why?"
Anyone added as a guest within a Social will not ship until all quests have paid and the Social is submitted/closed.
"Im hosting a Social at my families home in Toronto, but it would let me add myself as a guest within the Social, Why?"
This is a US Consultant, only one country can reside within each Social.
"I have paid for all my guests, but there is still a remaining balance, why?"
The shipping charge (with tax) will need to be paid out, this will need to be paid by someone before you will be able to close the social.
"I closed my Social and didn't redeem my clients host rewards, what do I do?"
1. Look at the social to see when it was closed.
2. If closed within 5 to 10 days, place a portal order for the host
"Why isn't my Social on my PWS?"
1. Check to make sure the "List on PWS" box is selected......Where is this found?
2. The Social is in an "open" status.

"My member is being charged shipping in the Social and her order is over $100 US/ $125 CA, what do I do?
You will need to confirm that you have selected "direct ship" for that member in order to receive the free shipping.
" I have a host reward for an item that I don't like, I want a different one. What do I do?"
We have a 60 day return policy if you would like to return it, but unfortunately we are unable to process an exchange.
"I closed my Social and it disappeared, where did it go?"
The Social can be found in the Browse orders section as it is now a closed "order".
"My client wants to place an order for the Social, she wants it to ship right away, but I want to pay for her shipping. Where do I place it?
Place it BTC as a Customer Order. You can use multiple cards, attach it to the Social and have it shipped out right away.

Once all guests/orders have been submitted and the host rewards have been redeemed you will need to pay out all orders. Once the balance shows $0 you will be able to submit and close the Social.
