What is Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka?
Whenever the parent requests an evaluation or when a child has been referred for an initial comprehensive evaluation, the LEA must give the parent this.
What is the Parents' Rights?

What is Specific Learning Disability?
Member who understands the specific needs of a disability for a student with special needs.
Who is the special education teacher?
It is the state's obligation to place each mentally retarded child in a free, public program of education and training appropriate to the child’s capacity so FAPE can be provided.
