What is the year Linn Academy 'morphed' into McLeod Academy? In 1994, Clark McLeod (CR business owner and former teacher) wanted to get back involved in education. Our own Bruce Thayer and Terri Peterson joined McLeod to build Linn Academy into McLeod Academy. McLeod Academy was accredited by the Iowa Depart of Ed and offered exceptional education to preschool students through 8th grade.
