What is IXL?
A policy intended to make it difficult for students to stay enrolled or move them out if they won't perform well on a test.

Who is the DTD team?
Because it is a formative assessment tool that is directly aligned to state standards. It is the common assessment that is monitored district wide. Students can take below and on grade level assessments that will help you determine which standards need to be retaught and which have been mastered.
Why do we use Study Island?
This is a free math supplement that includes videos and is linked to the standards in Study Island. You can set up classes and assign specific videos to teach, reinforce, and review math standards.

When is my RYG supposed to be completely updated?
You ordered items for a student two months ago, they show as ordered, but the student never received them or you have a question about a specific vendor. This department can answer your questions.
Who is the Learning Fund Department?
Because they can be better customized to meet students individual academic needs. They are more directly correlated to standards and can be customized to address the specific standards needed. You can choose one or two that work best for your students and tailor your instructional plan using them. They can be used exclusively instead of curriculum.

You've had a rough day, you feel overwhelmed with the expectations of your job and you aren't sure how to prioritize what needs to be done. This person can listen and help.
Who is another teacher in your tribe or Heather?
So families know exactly what their student is expected to do each week. Students have a daily/weekly plan to follow to stay engaged in learning at home. You know that standards are being taught and assessed. If a student begins to be at risk for truancy you have this as documentation to prove the timeline for the attendance policy.
