How long can I go without taking a course before I would have to reapply?
Your application is valid for 2 years. If it has been 2 years since your initial application or two years since you have taken a class, you must complete a new application for admission at: www.ivytech.edu/apply-now.

My financial aid has disbursed, when will I receive my refund?
Once your financial aid is disbursed (posted) to your student account, you are due a refund if your account balance is a negative amount. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date your aid posted to your account. Once your account “zeros out” and shows the word “Refund,” your refund has been processed and will be transferred to BankMobile within two business days.

Ivy Tech does not have a deadline for admission. Students can apply online, anytime, at www.ivytech.edu/apply-now.
Student interested in selective programs must apply to Ivy Tech and complete the prerequisites before they can apply to their selective program.
Selective programs require a separate application. Students interested in these programs should go to www.ivytech.edu/selective-programs for information and deadlines.
