Denise- Unlimited alone time in the community with family, and 4 hours in the home if she is not having anxiety.

Marissa- No alone time in the community, and 3 hours of alone time in the home.

River- 2 hour alone time in the home, and unlimited alone time in the community with 6 hour check ins.

What do you do with a residents medication if they refuse to take them?

If the medications are refused or become contaminated (ie. dropped) they must be placed in the appropriate location for disposal.

Call Falks Pharmacy to reorder this medication when there are 7 doses worth of medication left in the bubble packs.

You do have this long but it's best to have this complete before the end of your shift.

Offer and encourage healthy coping skills. Try your best to redirect the behavior. If you are unable to redirect then you should call 911.
