Safety is EVERYONE's responsibility. Instructors will spearhead the weekly and monthly reports but RCDCs are responsible for aiding and assisting however possible (ordering supplies, housekeeping, inspection report follow ups, etc.)
When do new students need to be entered into ETO by after their first day? Bonus, whose primary responsibility is it to enter the day one data?
COB on the first day of the program. Thomas will enter the same information as other RCDCs across the division. Carla will oversee the monthly enrollment entries for Florida Commerce which includes some, but not all, of the same information.

Describe the relationship between THDF funding and Florida Commerce funding and how it affects operations. Explain how this relationship should impact the relationship between Jacksonville staff members responsible for the different funding sources.
All students are THDF students and then the subset of these students who are or may be Florida residents will qualify for Florida Commerce billables. Regardless of students qualifying for FC billables or not - all students are Jacksonville students!
Despite the two different sources of funding, no one source can support the facility alone which requires collaboration among all team members regardless of the funding source or responsibilities.
