Weekly
This application must be filed with the Court and approved before any child currently under the supervision of the court may travel outside of the state
Ex Parte
While a youth is placed in an STRTP (Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program), these meetings must be held at least every 30 days to discuss a step-down plan
Child and Family Team (CFT) meeting
This category in "My Upcoming Work" only appears for for Cases and not Referrals. This task must be initially completed/approved within 30 days of opening the case, and again every 6 months to be in compliance.
Case Plan
Provide three examples for methods of contact that are voluntarily arranged by Permanency Planning Mediation
Telephone, Video Conference, e-mail, written letters, in-person
When a child in an open case is participating in mental health services, Child and Family Team meetings should be held with this frequency

The Department must file and calendar this Hearing with the Court to request the supervision/jurisdiction of the Court for in-home (Family Maintenance) services
Arraignment
This type of placement home is less restrictive than an STRTP (Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program), although still providing comprehensive supports including therapeutic services
ISFC (Intensive Services Foster Care)
This category measures the timely re-screening for services while in an open case, though the parent ultimately retains their right to consent/decline any services while in Family Maintenance services. Compliance is measured yearly.

JV-235 Placing Agency's Request for Review of Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program or Community Treatment Facility
When youth are placed out-of-county, this process is meant to facilitate the timely transition of mental health services from the county of residence to the county of placement
Presumptive Transfer
This category/assessment replaced the previously used Family Strengths and Needs assessment. This task is listed twice, as both Initial (at the time of entering out-of-home care) and Ongoing. Compliance for assessment is similarly measured every 6 months.
Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS)
The referral for Permanency Planning Mediation must be submitted no later than 75 days prior to this Hearing
Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) .26 Hearing
Best practice for the submission of a referral to Permanency Planning Mediation is to be completed ideally at the time of this Hearing
Termination of Reunification Services .21 Hearing
