Implement and understand a metric to track and discuss with your team.
In 2022, you may have started tracking a metric for your team.  If you choose to use the same metric, you should work to make the metric more meaningful in 2023.

• If your team has been introduced to burn-up charts and they are applicable to your team, focus on them.
• If burn-up charts haven’t been introduced to your team, or aren’t applicable, explore these other suggestions- any metrics that could help improve feature sizing, velocity/velocity variance, burn down, lead time, cycle time
