What is Endothemic and Exothermic?
Endothemic absorbs energy, and Exothermic releases energy
In the ATP-ADP cycle, what is being recycled over and over again?
ADP

Atom
What is substrate, and active site,
Substrate- Reactent (What's reacting)
Active Site- Is the opening that bonds w/the substrate
What must come together in order for ATP to be made?
ADP, Energy, and a Phosphate
Steps in designing and conducting an experiment?
Ask Questions
Conduct background research
Construct a hypothesis
Test your hypothesis in an experiment
Analyze data
Draw conclusions and communicate them
Summarize how energy changes during a chemical reactions as bonds are broken and formed?
Chemical Reactions are the breaking and forming of bonds between substances during chemical changes. Overall reactions absorb or release energy. Reactant substance being changed. Products substance being made.
ATP-ADP Cycle?
Lots of energy is stored in the bond between the last two phosphates. Energy is released when a phosphate group is removed. ADP becomes ATP when a phosphate group is added. ADP is recycled.
