The harmful behavior happens repeatedly. NOT just one single time but over and over again.

Arguing with another student on one occasion.
It is not a red flag.
Sees the bullying occur but does nothing about it.

This harmful action happens on purpose not by mistake. It is done intentionally.

A student who never has a partner (not by choice).
It is a red flag.
Face-To-Face
Cyberbullying: through electronic devices(texting,social media, gaming chats, group chats).
When does Bullying Occur?

The harmful behavior is coming from someone bigger, stronger, and/or more popular than another person.
It can include the bully telling someone to do somethingthey do not want to do, but that person doesn’t have the courage/confidence to say no.

Messaging the group chat every time you want to make fun of someone.
It is a red flag.
