Must answer both correctly to gain points:

Making it a tougher day for you. Common response we get when they call us for this is... if they were going to be late then why didn't they let me know!

Straight!!!
Panel runs that are not straight will cause many problems when installing components like surfaces and finish trims. We literally have to do double the work to fix it, and the runs are twice as hard to make straight with all the weight attached to it. We've all been there ;)

Photo of item tag, photo of item itself, punch item location, quantity needed, line # of item on the BOM, type of damage, reason for damage, possible solution to fix onsite..
