What is Knowledge Sharing?
A couple times a year the team gathers to share learnings from projects they have worked on. This is Michelle’s favorite meeting because it enables people who do the work to participate in knowledge sharing, and have psychological safety in sharing programs that didn’t work so well.
What is Marketing Flash?
Part performance check-in, part gratitude circle. This forum is used to track performance against targets and share results openly with the team. We also use this forum to openly express appreciation to others for their contributions.
What is a Recognition Round-up?
This was the highest ranked AWCC category for Michelle’s org from the 2024 AWCC survey results.
What is Accountability, Strategic Clarity, Bottom-Up Ideas, and Rewards & Recognition?
By openly tracking progress against meaningful performance targets, this principle motivates continuous improvement and collective ownership.

This was a brand-new initiative launched by the WOW committee in spirit of Knowledge Sharing, Strategic Alignment and Top-Down Leadership, it serves as a great opportunity to hear from our leaders on their diverse skill sets.
