What are valid troubleshooting steps to follow if a patient's images aren't showing in their MyOrthodontist App?

1. Make a Copy of one of the affected patient's timepoints.
2. Close and re-open MyOrthodontist (on whichever smart phone is currently seeing the issue).
3. Re-open the app.  See if the images on the copied timepoint show up.
4. If these do show up, Copy all timepoints as done previously.  Delete the original timepoints, then rename the Copied timepoints by removing the "Copy of" prefix in the timepoint name.
5. If these do not show up, try restarting the practice's Dolphin Ocean Server, and then repeat Step c.

The patient should now be able to see their timepoints and photos in MyOrthodontist.
If the issue persists, consult Triage or Tier 2 for further assistance.

2. Click on Start > Create > Knowledge Base > Article.
3. Under "Publish To", select "Dolphin EFO" and the appropriate Tech Level associated with the article.
4. Under "Department", select "Support".
5. Select all appropriate checkboxes pertaining to what kind of article you're submitting.  You also have an option to specify which software version, if applicable.
6. Select "All Countries" to apply the article to unless this is specific to a certain international build of software.

1.      Log into Spanky and select ‘Customer Sites’

2.      Search for customer (eFO Name, Phone Number, Enrollment Number, etc.)

3.      Select ‘Updates’ link to the right of the proper product.

4.      Spanky automatically navigates to updates related to product you chose in Step 3. Otherwise you can still choose different products from dropdown.

5.      Select ‘Released’ Status to make this process easier (Prevents listing every beta build/builds you are unable to release for example)

6.    Click ‘Release’ checkbox.
