2. Search for customer (eFO Name, Phone Number, Enrollment Number, etc.)
3. Select ‘Updates’ link to the right of the proper product.
4. Spanky automatically navigates to updates related to product you chose in Step 3. Otherwise you can still choose different products from dropdown.
5. Select ‘Released’ Status to make this process easier (Prevents listing every beta build/builds you are unable to release for example)
