Document the failed result, circle the out of range result, and document your initials. Follow the PCS2 display to recalibrate the machine, reweigh the machine, document the new weight in the comment section along with initials.

A donor hold must be placed in BECS for 7 days following the second "No Plasma" and a comment must be put in BECS and on the Donor Card that the donor deferral was applied.
