NO. We can't give keys back because they are in some senses not a contract holder anymore (we can't give keys to non-contract holders)!.
What do you do? You can send an email to maint/ask the student to send an email to maint.
When do first years return keys?
Keys are returned 24 hours after the last academic commitment or 10 AM on April 26th (whichever comes first)

A student's last exam is on the 25th, and they can leave the residence by 10 AM on the 26th, what do we do?
No exceptions, everyone has to leave, or else there is a 100$ fine. You can suggest alternative accommodations off-campus/ movers and packers such as YouPackWeStore. If a student is pushing back help them connect with their RLC via email.

They are encouraged to leave as soon as they’re done but have till 10AM on Saturday, April 26th.

Yes!! They can, we accept the keys that come into the desk, a regular check-out process.

What this usually means is that the key pick-up (during move-in) was not completed for the correct term.
