Matthew 5:13-16 explains we are called to be the salt and light of the earth and to properly do that we should have people who can shine a light on us. But we cannot lose our saltiness or be covered by a bowl. Just ask yourself, "Am I receiving more influence from Godly sources or the worlds?"
