Why is important to stop-and-think before we say or do something?
Because the things we do can make others feel good or bad. If we stop-and-think, we can be sure we are doing things that make others feel good! It is important to do things that make people feel good because we also feel good when we do things that make other people feel good!

3) If you are unable to help them ask an adult for help
