  1. Check If they bought the book on the correct account.
  2.  Check on the website If the book is compatible with the kind of device that they have.
  3. Check for the book on the customer’s digital library and send it to the device.
  4. Check for any possible updates on the device.
  5.  Also we can de-register and register the device.
  6. After following ASTRO and pulling the logs of the device you can perform a factory reset on the device to check If the books show on the device.
