This is the place where Program and Line meet to align on a.o. priorities for Trains
What is the SF table?
Predictability, stakeholder satisfaction, stability, team engagement and cycle time
What are the ART performance metrics?
This person ensures timely delivery of committed items on the backlog of the agile team
Who is the Scrum Master?
This is the event where the Train present their finished program deliverables to the stakeholders
What is the System/PI demo?
These are the agreements that Teams and Trains make towards their stakeholders that ensure that their deliverables are of a certain quality
What are 'Definition of Done' on Team or Train level?
This activity is used to ensure that the backlog is fully understood by the team(s) and that the team has stories that are ready
What is Backlog Refinement?
This person maximizes the value creation of the Train by aligning and balancing priorities between different Train deliverables (product, issues, enablers, ...)
Who is the Chief Product Owner?
This event is used to align the priorities of products and/or solutions for the upcoming quarter over multiple Trains
What is the Pre-PIPE event?
The existing technical infrastructure necessary to support the implementation of upcoming features
What is the architectural runway?
This is the (ASML) concept that ensure the backlog is well balanced between product deliverables, enablers, technical debt and issues
What is "Healthy Backlog"?
This person takes end-to-end ownership (potentially x-Train/x-sector) of program deliverables and drives integration of D&E solutions
