The last step of On-Track Thinking is to make a Skills Plan. Explain how we use the Skills Tools (i.e., Feelings Rating Scale, Categories of Skills, and the Skills Recipe) to make a Skills Plan.

We use the Feelings Rating Scale to determine our emotion and how big it is. We use the Categories of Skills to determine if we can use Calm Only or just All-the-Time Skills. We use the Skills Recipe to determine how many skills we should use (add 1 to your level of emotion).
