If an employee’s hours are not automatically flowing from POS into Payroll, BUT that employee IS mapped to a POS profile, what might be going on here?
Emails might not match between systems.
They might have a duplicate profile in POS that was created in POS first, which the employee has been clocking in under. This profile would not be mapped to their payroll account.
This 'trick' can usually reset the system to allow information to flow correctly...
(ex: an employee is given a raise but it is not reflective in the payroll system)
