If a detection contains an IPR match, can it ever be closed as Irrelevant? If so, in what situation?
Yes and no. A detection containing an IPR match can never be closed as Irrelevant UNLESS the IPR is a match inside a word, excluding Domains.
Ex: Social media profile with the name "Joubert Smith". It *technically* contains the Uber trademark but it is way too far to be considered anything but Irrelevant.

How often should we check Customer Review? How often should we check Enforcement View?
Why?
Customer Review - every day
Enforcement View - every day
Customer Review - important for us to be moving things actioned by the customer as soon as possible.
Enforcement View - important for us to check for any pushback, or resolved detections. This keeps the account clean and allows us to be on top of things.
Go into the Tracer Protect portal, Social Media module (Academy Account 5) and move this detection according to the requests below - TIKTOK_USER_6921328486901793798
Move the detection to Customer Review; fill out the reported on date with today's date; add the label "Trainee"; fill out the fields:
Business Problem - General Trademark Abuse
Infringement Location - Owner Name
Protection Type - Trademark
IPR - "TM - Word - Stanley - 46440026 - {} - US
DEMO
What is something specific to YouTube, as it relates to the Protection Type when enforcing on videos?
YouTube typically does not mediate trademark disputes (aside from some channel scenarios). Enforcing for copyright is usually the preferred way to take down a video.
1. Where should we move a detection with Customer Direction = Enforce?
2. Where should we move a detection with Customer Direction = No Further Action?

Imagine you receive a pushback from someone threatening legal action to be taken against Tracer and/or our customer. What do you do?
Immediately escalate to the CSM.
Name: Jeopardy View
Star View - No
Internal View - Yes
Filters - the view should show Facebook Group detections in the stage of New, in which the name contains "stanley" and the popularity is equal to or greater than 200.
Columns (in this order) - Recommendation; Closed Reason Recommendation; Image; Name; Owner; Description; Platform; Popularity; Alert Date.
The view should be organized from smallest to biggest in Popularity.
DEMO
Assume there is no customer directives yet. Give me 1 reason to enforce on this. Give me 2 reasons NOT to enforce on this.
Enforce - copyright (if it fits in customer directive)
Not enforce - just commenting on the price drop (so copyright in connection to this might not fit directive); linking genuine products in the description (so they're not advertising counterfeits)
What 5 fields are required to be populated for enforcement?
1. Business Problem
2. Infringement Location
3. Protection Type
4. IPR
5. Reported on Date
What is the difference between these filters?
1.
Name - contains - "minecraft pillow"
2.
Name - contains - "minecraft"; "pillow"
3.
Name - contains - "minecraft"
Name - contains - "pillow"
1. This filter will only find detections with the specific term "minecraft pillow" with the words in that specific order. Additionally, no single "minecraft" or "pillow" will be found.
2. This filter will find detections with either "minecraft" or "pillow". Detections that contain "minecraft" but do not contain "pillow" can be found and vice versa.
3. This filter will find detections with BOTH "minecraft" and "pillow", but not necessarily with the words in that specific order. Ex: it can find "pillow inspired by the minecraft game"
