yes you should hold the pot/pan by the handle because you don't want it to move off the burner hitting another pot or pan and you dont want it to fall in the floor making a mess and potentially burning you, and you also dont want it to spill on the burners and start burning or catch on fire

YOU CANT EXPECT TO GET REWARDED WHEN YOU DONT DO ANYTHING AND BE RUDE, DISREPECTFUL, AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE TO STAFF OR OTHERS. STAFF IS JUST HERE TO ASSIST YOU/HELP YOU/ GUIDE YOU, NOT DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU. You are supposed to cook all your meals, wash all your dishes plus dishes from the meal you just ate, clean your areas, bedroom and bathroom, livingroom, kitchen, your entire home, wash dishes. all that is on you not staff. you are here to learn, not judge others for not knowing something because its wrong and just because you know it and they dont, and they could know something but you dont. we are not here for drama, BUT LEARNING. learning. if you cant go buy stuff and eat out all the time its okay, its getting you prepared for your next chapter in life, going out to eat is expensive and you have to learn how to live on your own without peoples help all the time
