Lifeguards will take control of the scene. Counsellors are to immediately notify the coordinator, assistant director and director. Counsellors will then support the lifeguards and campers as needed.

This is the steps to be taken when a child is unaccounted for/missing
What is notifying the coordinators/directors immediately. Keep all groups in their space, no movement from place to place. Take attendance of your own group and ensure all campers are accounted for and no additional. If available send additional counsellors to monitor nearby exits. Continually monitor groups and follow the instructions of the coordinators/directors as information comes.
