What should we check when doing door check before boarding?
You should check If slide/girt is hanging out more than usual. Everyone checks their assigned door. If the slide is hanging or if there is any irregularities you should report to the senior.
What shall the parents of the infant be briefed about?
The infant seatbelt and how to use it, the infant life vest, how fit it and where it will be placed, the brace position with infant and in case of decompression to fit their own oxygen mask before putting it on the infant.
Where should the briefing preferably be held?
In the aircraft or at least away from any passengers who might listen

Is an infant allowed to sit in a car seat?
Yes if car seat is approved for air travel
We need to check oven insert(contents) and oven back plate is not obstructed.
Repeat every time we get new oven inserts with catering in it
