- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate (or other Proof of Age)
- $10.00
- Parent/guardian signature
- Letter from the employer
These documents are needed for all employees, regardless of age.
- Photo ID (school ID or student record/report card)
AND
- Social Security, Birth Certificate or Citizenship Card
OR
- US Passport or Permanent Resident Card

18 hours per week. (40 hours per week during the summer)!
