What is a coping skill?
Coping skills are things we can do in-the-moment, when we are feeling lousy, they help us turn down the volume of our emotions to avoid getting overwhelmed.

FALSE: Yelling does not guarantee the listener will pay attention. Instead, they may get defensive and want to yell/argue back.
