Calibrating a bay is necessary to ensure the camera reproduces colors with consistency and accuracy.

How to keep safe when arriving at a school?
Park near entry, enter/exit as a team, remain in a well lit area, assess your surroundings, anticipate potential threats, plan ahead, and stay alert.

Between the camera and main light, face towards camera, and head turned slightly towards left

Explain F stop
Aperture, the opening in your lens that lets light reach the camera sensor. Low numbers let in lots of light resulting in a brighter picture, high numbers let in less light resulting in a darker picture.
When do photographers need to arrive at an event and why?
15 minutes before the contracted arrival time - to have time to unload your vehicle and enter on time as a team.
