What courses can Jump Start students take?
Any course as long as they meet the prerequisites and complete the steps to enroll.
How does a Jump Start student pay for their classes?
They can pay in person at the TMCC Cashiers Department or online through their myTMCC.

Why can't a Jump Start student drop their course?
Jump Start students have an under 18 hold that prevents any schedule changes.

What is a permission to enroll form?
It is the form that lets the program know what courses the student would like to take as well as collect all appropriate signatures prior to enrollment.

$50 plus fees
Can Jump Start parents join meetings with the students regarding academics?
It is up to the instructor, they can however attend advising appointments.

How can a Jump Start student get the under 18 hold removed?
Only homeschooled students are able to get this hold removed. All other students must complete the permission to enroll form to get enrolled.
What type of documentation can a student use to meet the prerequisite for a course?
ACT, SAT, AP, Accuplacer, College Transcripts, for seniors only High School Transcript
What discount does a cohort taught at a high school site by a TMCC instructor receive?
