A 2-year college is a community college where you earn a Associate's Degree(60 credits) while 4-year college is a senior college where you earn a Bachelor's Degree(120 credits)

A grant is a form of gift aid; it doesn't have to be repaid as long as you meet its requirements while a loan is money that you borrow to help pay for school with the expectation that you will pay it back in the future.
