No. It would depend on the charge and the opinion of the Commonwealth Attorney. It is a case by case basis. Some charges will result in immediate termination.
What is the written assignment to move from Orientation Phase to Phase I?
There is no written assignment for the Orientation Phase. Instead you are to discuss three questions with a team member:
-What has my experience been like in Orientation?
-Is there anything specific I would like to work on in Drug Court?
-Do you need clarification or have questions about anything in the program?
This document should be submitted to make formal requests for things like going out of town, spending the night away, or variances to rules
What is a Request Form?
