1.) Take clients statement & provide client with "Providing a safe environment" brochure & see if they would like to contact authorities 

2.)remove therapist from schedule. 

3.)Notify upper mgmt & create Incident Report using Air Tool. 

4.)Follow instructions given from IR.

What qualifications must the employee meet to receive the insurance siphon 

Must be scheduled 40 hrs/week or 80 hrs/pay period.

How long after gaining employment does an employee have to enroll in health/dental plan? 

30 days. After 30 days employee can not enroll unless they experience a "qualifying event" or until open enrollment.

How much do we charge for SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

100% of appointment cost. If an appointment can not be charged then the service provider is not paid for that time.

What MUST you receive from an employee who was terminated/quit before they receive their last check

1.)Any keys that they may have (failure to return will mean that the building will need to be rekeyed & the cost will be deducted)

2.)Any uniform shirts, lotion bottles, holsters 

** Failure to provide any of these can result in holding of check until items are received **

How long does the service provider have to stay off the schedule when under investigation for inappropriate conduct? 

Service provider must remain off the schedule until investigator gives employment rec. The investigator (Redirect) will send this determination to the clinic email in the "Rapid Response Report"

How does an employee earn PTO 

perform 1,500 service hours in the year (Jan 1-Dec 31). Cancellation services do NOT count into this number.

An employee earned a Visa GC for their work anniversary. How do you obtain this? 

Notice MUST be given to Cassy 30 days prior to need. If given late then you will run the risk of not receiving in time.

How long do you have to close out an inmoment 

24-48 hours. No report should go past 48 hours. If you still have not reached a client by this time the report needs to be closed & notated that you were unable to reach client.

How does an employee redeem PTO & how much are they paid

1.) Employee must put in request 30 days before intended use & before you approve you MUST verify with upper mgmt that they are eligible. 

2.)Must be used in one block & employee can NOT pick up extra services that week to earn more time. 

3.) Employee is paid at their regular hourly rate for 29 hours

When do we pay out the training pay for new employees 

on the first check where they start working REGULAR scheduled shifts. If you train a new employee, & they end up not taking the position the training pay is NOT paid out.
