WHAT - The Israelites were enslaved in Egypt, and the Pharaoh commanded that all baby boys must be put to death. Jochebed hid her baby and put him in a basket. Pharaoh’s daughter found him and raised him as her own. Years later, Moses was in the wilderness and saw a burning bush that was not burning up. God called Moses, but Moses did not think he was the right person for this job. He said “Who am I?” God told Moses that He would be with him and would let His people go.
